Where can I find my yallo bills?
Yallo bills are always available in the "Invoices" section within your my yallo account. In this section, you can view the bills you've paid, those to be paid, and those that are overdue. By accessing each yallo bill with one click, you can download the document in PDF format or proceed with online payment.
The first bill for a yallo subscriber will always be sent via email at the end of the first month from the activation date of your new mobile number or internet line. Sending yallo bills via email is the default setting and does not incur any additional costs. If you specifically request it through my yallo under "Invoices and usage," you can choose to receive paper bills by mail at a cost of CHF 4.00 each.
How to read the yallo bill
Yallo bills have a standard structure and have been simplified to help you quickly find the most important information. This should make it easier to understand the charges and to spot any billing errors.
The yallo bill consists of the following sections:
Amount and due date: In the first section of the yallo bill, you will find the details related to the invoice such as the customer number, the billing period, the invoice date, the due date, and the amount owed.
Monthly fees and discounts applied: In the second section of the yallo bill, you will find a complete overview of the active subscriptions (both for mobile phone services and for any installment purchase of a mobile phone) and any discounts currently applied to your rate.
Additional usage: In this section, you will find the charges for the past month related to the use of paid services not included in your rate. These may include charges for calls in Switzerland or abroad, additional data usage, roaming data usage, calls to premium numbers, etc.
Active options: In this last section, you will find the amount charged for any active options on your subscription.
How to pay the yallo bill
Currently, there are several payment methods available for yallo bills. Below are the main methods:
eBill
Online payment via debit/credit card, PostFinance, or TWINT

Mobile banking
Payment at the post office counter using a QR invoice
If you wish to pay your bill at a post office counter or by submitting a payment order to your bank via mail, you need to receive the yallo bill by mail. This will incur an additional cost of CHF 4.00 for each bill received.
yallo bill: What happens in case of late or missed payment?
If you do not pay your yallo bill on time, a payment reminder will be issued, and if not respected, it could result in a penalty or the suspension of your yallo subscription services.
If you need to postpone payment for a personal reason, yallo allows you to activate a payment deferral: by accessing my yallo in the invoices section, you can request an extension of the payment deadline by 15 calendar days without incurring any penalties.
