What Can I Do in the Wingo Cockpit?

Using your Wingo Cockpit, you can conveniently manage your active options and monitor the consumption and costs for the current billing period directly from your smartphone.

Here are the main operations you can perform in the Wingo Cockpit:

  • Manage Roaming: In the Wingo Cockpit, you can check the costs you’re currently incurring while roaming and set a monthly spending limit. By selecting to use only the included units, you can avoid roaming charges on your bill. Alternatively, you can set a spending limit that suits your needs.

  • Monitor Usage: In this section of the Wingo control panel, you can view the active subscriptions associated with your phone number. By clicking on a subscription, you can see the consumption status of mobile data, minutes, and SMS included in the plan, the validity period, and the remaining days before renewal.

  • Order an Option: By clicking the “Order an Option” button, you can activate an additional roaming package in just a few clicks. Select your destination, view the available options with their respective prices, and choose the desired option, which will be activated in a few minutes.

  • Manage Active Options: From the menu in the upper left corner, you can access the section for managing the options active on your number. In this screen, you can enable or disable roaming options and standard options like International Calls (to use minutes abroad) and Full Speed 5G Wingo (to enable high-speed data in your plan).

Remember: The Wingo Cockpit is a free tool designed for both subscribers and prepaid SIM cardholders. In both cases, the actions described above can be performed, with some small differences in terms and layout.
