Where Can I Find My Wingo Invoices?

All Wingo invoices are stored in the myWingo customer portal. In this customer area, you can view past and current invoices, verify the correctness of the information, and check the payment status.

If a specific payment method is not activated, all Wingo invoices are sent via email to the email address used during the subscription purchase. Alternatively, the invoice can also be received via eBill, allowing you to receive and pay your bills in one place. For this option, you need to register by linking your bank's e-banking service or PostFinance's E-Finance service.

How to Read a Wingo Invoice

Reading a Wingo invoice is not very complicated as the operator has created a standard document structure to facilitate reading for its customers.

Here are the four sections that make up each Wingo invoice:

  • Section 1: On the first page at the top, you will find all the essential data for you and the operator to uniquely identify each invoice. The information includes the billing month, payment deadline, and amount due, along with the customer number, invoice number, and associated phone number.

  • Section 2: The second section details the costs that, when added together, make up the amount due on the current Wingo invoice. The costs include the standard subscription fee with any active discounts, calls and SMS usage, data usage in Switzerland and abroad (Roaming), and any additional services associated with the invoice, such as the installment purchase of a device.

  • Section 3: In the third section, usually found at the top of the second page, you will find a summary of the VAT due with different rates and references for any questions or concerns.

  • Section 4: At the bottom of the last page, the QR-IBAN is provided to pay the QR invoice via banking app, Twint, or other payment methods.

How to Pay Your Wingo Invoice

  • LSV or Debit Direct (bank or postal debit)

  • Twint

Important: If you pay at a physical counter, a CHF 3.90 charge will be added to your next invoice as an extra fee related to postal charges

Wingo Invoice: What Happens If I Don’t Pay or Am Late?

If you forget to pay your Wingo invoice by the payment deadline, you will face administrative penalties from Wingo and risk a possible forced suspension of your subscription.

The reminder fee is CHF 30.- for each invoice or reminder notice not paid by the correct payment deadlines. If payment is delayed even after the reminder notice, the subscription will be temporarily blocked until all overdue invoices are fully paid. Reactivation of the subscription and associated services will only be possible through a payment agreement subscription in your myWingo account.

For this reason, it's essential to pay close attention to payment data and the deadlines indicated on the invoice. To avoid transcription errors, we recommend activating a direct debit method on your current account.
