myWingo: How to Log In to Wingo and Use the Customer Area

Wingo has launched an app that allows all its Wingo Mobile and Wingo Internet subscribers to access a customer portal wherever they are, even far from home. This app is called myWingo and is a personal area accessible through the official website (myWingo web app) or by downloading the mobile app onto your smartphone via the appropriate app store.

How to Access myWingo


To enter your personal area and manage your Wingo subscription, you need to log in to Wingo in the Customer Area.

Follow these instructions to log in to Wingo:

  1. Open the page mywingo.wingo.ch in your browser or the myWingo app on your smartphone.

  2. Enter your email address or phone number.

  3. Enter your personal password.

  4. Click the "Login" button.



Helpful Tip: During the ordering process for a new subscription, you provided a contact email address. This will be the address you can use to identify yourself on myWingo. Alternatively, use the phone number selected during the checkout of your Wingo Mobile subscription for a faster login.


How to Recover Your myWingo Password

It can happen to anyone to forget their secret password and be locked out of myWingo. Fortunately, there is a very simple procedure to set a new password and regain access to myWingo.


To reset your myWingo password, follow these instructions:

  1. Open the page mywingo.wingo.ch in your browser or the myWingo app on your smartphone.

  2. Click on "Set a new password".

  3. Identify yourself via email or Wingo Mobile phone number.

  4. If you chose email, click on the link to access the new password generation tool.

  5. If you chose SMS, check the messages from Wingo and enter the temporary access code.

  6. Enter a new password that meets security requirements.

  7. Log in to Wingo and access your myWingo account.


How to Register a New Wingo Account

If this is your first time accessing your Wingo customer account, you can follow the same procedure as for password recovery and set a new one to use for your Wingo logins.

During the order creation process for the Wingo Internet or Mobile subscription, you will be asked to provide an email address to verify after the order confirmation email. Once your email is verified, Wingo will already have created an associated myWingo customer account, and you can use your email to set the password.


What Can I Do in the myWingo Customer Area?

myWingo makes it easier and faster to manage your Wingo subscription. After logging in to Wingo, all Wingo customers can use these features directly in their customer account:

  • myWingo Android App: The Android version of the app is available for free on the Play Store and has been downloaded over 10,000 times. The myWingo app is regularly updated and requires Android version 5.0 or later.

  • myWingo iOS App: The iOS version of the app is available for free on the Apple App Store. It currently holds a rating of 4.4 stars, based on hundreds of reviews. For proper use of myWingo on an Apple device, iOS 12.0 or later is required.
