Select the identification method for your customer account: for a new Salt Mobile account, enter the mobile number, billing account, or contract number and the account holder's date of birth; for a new Salt Home account, enter the billing account, contract number, or OTO ID number and the account holder's date of birth.

  5. Click the button to proceed and complete the process by following the on-screen instructions.


Once your My Salt account is created, you can log in whenever you want by following the instructions on this page.


If you are a Salt customer with a subscription starting before November 3, 2021, you can use your username to create a new My Salt customer account using the online service at support.salt.ch/inviteldmp.html.


How to Recover the Password for Salt Login

When registering for My Salt, it is important to pay attention to saving the password associated with the registration email to avoid being blocked during a future Salt login. If you lose the My Salt password, it can be recovered by following a relatively simple procedure.


To recover the My Salt access password, follow these instructions:

  1. Open the page www.salt.ch/mysalt in your browser or open the My Salt app on your smartphone.

  2. Click on "Forgot Password."

  3. Obtain a temporary code by indicating your registration email.

  4. Enter the code you will receive.

  5. Click the "Reset Password" button.

  6. Type the new password.


Once a new password is created, you can again access your My Salt account. This time, be sure to save it in a safe place to avoid having to repeat the password recovery operation.


If you forget the email address or the username associated with your Salt Mobile account, it will be necessary to create a new account in a few minutes associated with a new email, using the contract or billing number required to complete the registration.


What Can I Do in the My Salt Customer Area?
